RBA 98th Annual Meeting, June 13, 2023

President Lori J. Bentley called the 98th Annual meeting to order. The 98th Annual RBA meeting was held at the Shenandoah Club. President Bentley recognized RLF Chairman, Macel Janoschka, who announced the scholarship recipient, Tyler J.  McNeil. Mr. McNeil will receive the James Kincanon Scholarship.
