| Program: | The speaker will be the Honorable G. Steven Agee. Judge Agee is a United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and a former Justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia. | ||||||

| Memorial Resolution: | A memorial resolution will be presented in honor of Richard C. Rakes, Esq. Mr. Rakes was the 2013 Frank W. “Bo” Rogers, Jr., Lifetime Achievement Award recipient. The resolution will be presented by Bruce Stockburger. | ||||||
