The meeting was called to order by President Joe Mott.   President-Elect Hugh Wellons and Past President Rich Maxwell presented  Cocktail Party Crib-Notes on Election Law.  RVSLA members Nancy Stewart and Dawn Resende insured a smooth check-in.
