RBA Luncheon – September 10, 2019
The meeting was called to order by President Patrick Kenney. Mr. Kenney recognized Lori Bentley, Chairman Memorials and Resolutions. Ms. Bentley introduced James H. Fulgham, Jr. who presented a memorial resolution in honor of Frank N. Perkinson, Jr, Esq. President-elect Daniel Frankl introduced the guest speaker, the Honorable Elizabeth Dillon. Thank you to Nancy Stewart and Melinda Childress-Dearing from the RVLSA for assisting with check-in.
