RBA – October 10, 2023, Luncheon
The October 10, 2023, RBA luncheon meeting was held at the Shenandoah Club. The meeting was called to order by President Christen Church. Following the welcome and announcements, Ms. Church turned the floor over to president-elect, Amy Geddes, who introduced the guest speaker, Ret. Lt. General James Clapper, former Director of National Intelligence. Thank you to the RVPA for assisting with check-in.
