The Honorable Vincent A. Lilley – Springing into Retirement
The Honorable Vincent A. Lilley was honored by colleagues, family and friends at a retirement reception at the Wortmann Ballroom, Colket Center, Roanoke College on March 16, 2017. Guests were invited to sign the Memory Card designed by artist, Kyle Edgell. Guest speakers included Hon. H. Morgan Griffith (by letter), Hon. Onzlee Ware, and Harry Bosen, Esq. Presentations were made by Joshua Roberts, president of Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity, Roanoke Chapter, Nanda Davis, President, Virginia Women Attorney’s Association, and John S. Koehler, corresponding Secretary , Salem/Roanoke County Bar Association. A canvas of the Roanoke Valley was presented to Judge Lilley on behalf of the Roanoke Bar Association.
