VSB Annual Meeting CLBA Awards
At the Annual Meeting of the Virginia State Bar in Virginia Beach, the Conference of Local Bars presented their annual awards at a breakfast on June 19. Thomas H. Miller, past president of the RBA and past chairman of the RLF, was named the 2015 Local Bar Leader of the Year. Immediate past president Rich Maxwell accepted two Awards of Merit for the Redesigned and Updated Website and for the Volunteer Service Awards Program (sustained project). The awards were presented by Mary M. Benzinger, CLBA chair, Edward L. Weiner, VSB president-elect, and Jack W. Burtch, Jr., CLBA chair-elect.
