| Program: | 96th Annual Meeting. The Election of Officers and Directors. For the position of President-Elect, the Board of Directors has nominated Lori J. Bentley. For Directors positions, the Nominating Committee has submitted the following members as nominees: Allegra M.C. Black, Esq. Christopher S. Dadak, Esq. T. Daniel “Bo” Frith, IV, Esq. Jonathan D. Puvak, Esq. D. Adam McKelvey, Esq. At the end of the meeting Macel H. Janoschka, Esq. will become President of the Association. |

| Bylaw Amendments: | The Active members will consider proposed amendments to the Bylaws of the Association. | ||||||
| Board Meeting: | 10:45 a.m. Executive Committee 11:00 a.m. Board Meeting | ||||||
| Awards | The 2021 Frank W. “Bo” Rogers, Jr., Lifetime Achievement Award which will be presented to George I. Vogel, II, Esq. by his son, George I. Vogel, III, Esq. The 2021 Young Lawyer of the Year will be presented to Catherine J. Huff, Esq. by Monica T. Monday, Esq. Volunteer Service Awards will be presented . The Jane Glenn Scholarship and the James N. Kincanon Scholarship Awards will be announced along with awarded Grants. |
