“Legally Aging”. As the population ages, legal issues and needs emerge for clients, family members and attorneys. This CLE is for all lawyers, regardless of specialty. It is an overview of key topics including documents for estate planning, the regulation of senior housing and what may be litigated when things do not go as planned. Whether you have clients who need your assistance with these issues or you are simply want to know more for personal/family preparation, this CLE is one you should not miss. The outstanding panel includes Ann M. Green with Anderson, Desimone & Green PC, Charles L. Downs, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer, Virginia Lutheran Homes, Inc. and Travis J. Graham, with Gentry Locke. The Honorable Christopher Clemens, Judge for the 23rd Judicial Circuit, Roanoke, Virginia, will moderate the program. |
