Rule of Law Training – March 25, 2019

Rule of Law Training. This is a joint training for teachers and attorney volunteers. This is an opportunity for the attorneys to hear what works and what doesn’t work when preparing to visit their classrooms.

The Rule of Law Project is a program developed by the Virginia Bar Association and the Virginia Law Foundation to encourage learning about the valuable role the Rule of Law plays in American Society by bringing Judges and Lawyers into Middle School Civics Classrooms and have these professional interacts with the students.  The program is currently administered by the Center for Teaching the Rule of Law.  This is the 10th year the project has been sponsored in the Roanoke Valley by our Bar Associations.
