SUMMARY:Santa at the Station
DESCRIPTION:Sponsored by the Roanoke Law Foundation\nOn Monday evening\, December 7\, 2015\, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 pm\, the Roanoke Law Foundation   sponsored the tenth annual Santa at the Station\, a holiday party for children and their parents who are living in shelters in our area during the holiday season.  For this special event\, the children and their parents were picked up and transported to the Virginia Museum of Transportation where they experienced an amazing holiday party.  The kids enjoyed unlimited use of the museum as well as entertainment by face painters.  They were treated to their favorite party foods\, including pizza\, chicken nuggets\, and cupcakes\, and had their photos taken with Santa Claus. They visited Santa’s Workshop where they create dholiday arts and crafts\, and Santa’s Sack where they selected a small\, special gift to wrap and give to their parents this holiday season.
