Glenn Scholarship Awards\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Board Meeting:\n\n\n10:30 a.m. Executive Committee 10:45 a.m. Board Meeting\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nElection of Officers/Directors:\n\n\nRoanoke Bar Association elections will be held at the annual meeting on June 14\, 2016\, at the Shenandoah Club\, at 12:00 p.m.\nFor the position of President-Elect\, the Board of Directors has nominated Kevin W. Holt.  For Director positions\, the Nominating Committee has submitted the following members as nominees:\nLori Jones Bentley\nDaniel P. Frankl\nPatrick J. Kenney\nJames J. O’Keeffe\nJustin E. Simmons\nAt the end of the meeting Hugh B. Wellons will become President of the Association.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBylaws Amendments:\n\n\nThe Active members will consider proposed amendments to the Bylaws of the Association.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMemorial Resolution:\n\n\nA memorial resolution will be presented in memory of The Honorable George W. Harris\, Jr.\, who died on January 23\, 2015.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMeeting Reservations: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Cost:\n\n\n$20.00; make check payable to Roanoke Bar Association\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Payment:\n\n\nPayment is expected at the door.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Parking:\n\n\nParking in the Shenandoah Club lot is for club members only. Parking is available at the Franklin Road parking lot adjacent to the Club. The Shenandoah Club will validate any one hour of parking on any attended lot.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Reservation #:\n\n\n(540) 342-4905\, option 1\, or register below\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Deadline:\n\n\nAll reservations and cancellations must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday\, June 9\, 2016. After the deadline you may send a substitute to avoid a cancellations penalty.
