Guare\, Esq. (see biography below)\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCLE Credit:\n\nApproved for 1.0 hours of CLE (0.0 ethics)\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCost:\n\nThe 1-hour CLE session is being offered through a special arrangement with the Roanoke Valley Estate Planning Council (RVEPC) and Western Virginia Charitable Gift Planners (WVACGP) at no cost to RBA members\, representing 1 hour of the 4 hours of free CLE included in RBA membership.  RBA members are invited to stay for the social hour\, dinner and program.  For those who are not members of the RVEPC\, the cost for the social hour and dinner is $35.00.   Payment is expected at the door; the RVEPC is not able to invoice RBA members.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration:\n\n\nRegistration for CLE only will be handled by the RBA. \nTo register for the social hour and dinner/program\, send an email to dlynch@tcva.com by 4:00 p.m. on Friday\, September 28\, 2018. Please specify which events you will attend (social hour\, dinner/program).\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCancellation:\n\nTo cancel\, send an email to dlynch@tcva.com no later than 12:00 noon on Monday\, October 1\, 2018.  Cancellations after this date/time will be billed a $35.00 cancellation fee for any social hour/dinner reservations.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBiography:\n\n\nTimothy H. Guare\, Esq. graduated from the University of Virginia (B.A.\, Chemistry\, with distinction) in 1988 and Harvard Law School (J.D.\, cum laude) in 1991.  Tim was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 1992.  Before entering private practice in Richmond\, he worked as a law clerk to the Honorable James C. Turk\, Chief U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Virginia. \nHe is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel\, and a member of the Virginia State Bar\, the American Bar Association\, and the Virginia Bar Association. \nMr. Guare is married to a graduate of Salem High School. \nRegistration is now closed.\n\n\n\n
