Peppers\, Fowler Professor of Public Affairs at Roanoke College and Visiting Professor of Law at Washington and Lee University. Dr. Peppers is co-author of “A Courageous Fool: Marie Deans and Her Struggle Against the Death Penalty“.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Board Meeting:\n\n\n10:30 a.m. Executive Committee 10:45 a.m. Board Meeting\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Memorial Resolution:\n\n\n A memorial resolution will be presented in honor of Brian R. Jones\, Esq.  The resolution will be presented by Tom Dickenson\, Esq.\, former long time member of the RBA.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMeeting Reservations: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Cost:\n\n\n$20.00; make check payable to Roanoke Bar Association\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Payment:\n\n\nPayment is expected at the door.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Parking:\n\n\nParking in the Shenandoah Club lot is for club members only.
