Conte\, Esq. \, Carilion Clinic Office of Corporate Council.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Board Meeting:\n\n\n10:30 a.m. Executive Committee 10:45 a.m. Board Meeting\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Memorial Resolution:\n\n\n A memorial resolution will be presented in honor of Robert E. Glenn\, Esq.  Mr. Glenn was a founding member of present day firm Glenn\, Feldmann\, Darby and Goodlatte. He began practicing law in Roanoke in 1957 and worked continuously until his retirement in 2016. Mr. Glenn was a past president of the Roanoke Bar Association and a Life member. He was also a Roanoke Law Foundation Fellow\, Class of 2012. Mr. Glenn served as a member of the Virginia Board of Bar Examiners from 1982 to 1993 and as its President from 1993 to 2014\, where he participated in and supervised the preparation\, administration\, and grading of over 50\,000 individual bar exams. The resolution will be presented by Mark Feldmann\, Esq.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMeeting Reservations: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Cost:\n\n\n$20.00; make check payable to Roanoke Bar Association\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Payment:\n\n\nPayment is expected at the door.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Parking:\n\n\nParking in the Shenandoah Club lot is for club members only. Parking is available at the Franklin Road parking lot adjacent to the Club.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Reservation #:\n\n\nPlease register below. Registrations may also be made by phone (540) 342-4905.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Deadline:\n\n\nAll reservations and cancellations must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday\, March 7\, 2019. After the deadline you may send a substitute to avoid a cancellations penalty. All other cancellations after the deadline will be billed $20.00.\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration is now closed.
