DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\n\nDate/Time:\n\n\nJune 11\, 2019\nThe Shenandoah Club\nBuffet line begins at 12:00 noon; meeting begins at 12:30 p.m\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nProgram:\n\n\n94th Annual Meeting.  The Election of Officers and Directors. For the position of President-Elect\, the Board of Directors has nominated Daniel P. Frankl.\nFor Directors positions\, the Nominating Committee has submitted the following members as nominees:\nChristopher S. Dadak\nJonathan D. Puvak\nJohn P. Fishwick\, Jr.\nD. Adam McKelvey\nDevon R. Slovensky\nAt the end of the meeting Patrick J. Kenney will become President of the Association.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBylaw Amendments:\n\n\nThe Active members will consider proposed amendments to the Bylaws of the Association.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Board Meeting:\n\n\n10:30 a.m. Executive Committee 10:45 a.m. Board Meeting\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAwards\n\n\nVolunteer Service Awards will be presented .  James N. Kincanon Scholarship Awards will be given out to recipients.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMeeting Reservations: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Cost:\n\n\n$20.00; make check payable to Roanoke Bar Association\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Payment:\n\n\nPayment is expected at the door.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Parking:\n\n\nParking in the Shenandoah Club lot is for club members only. Parking is available at the Franklin Road parking lot adjacent to the Club for a fee.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Reservation #:\n\n\n(540) 342-4905\, option 1\, or register below\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Deadline:\n\n\nAll reservations and cancellations must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday\, June 6\, 2018. After the deadline you may send a substitute to avoid a cancellations penalty. All other cancellations after the deadline will be billed $20.00.\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration is now closed.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
