DESCRIPTION:Judicial Endorsement Meeting – April 20\, 2020 \n\nPursuant to Article XXVIII of the Bylaws of the Roanoke Bar Association\, you are hereby notified that on Monday\, April 20\, 2020\, beginning at 10:00 a.m.\, a special meeting of the active membership of the Association will be held for the purpose of endorsing a candidate for the upcoming vacancy in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.  Only those Candidates who are included in the public written report provided by the joint Judicial Committee of the RBA and the SRCBA are eligible for endorsement by the RBA as part of the endorsement process.\n\nOnly active members of the Association in good standing as of Saturday\, April 18\, shall be permitted to participate in the balloting\, and any member of the Association who has participated or intends to participate in a meeting of another bar association for the same vacancy shall not be permitted to participate in the balloting. The ballet will be held by teleconference. details to be announced.\n\nPlease note that seventy-five (75) active members of the Association shall constitute a quorum\, which is required by the bylaws before the meeting can proceed.\n\n\nMacel H.
