Jessee\, Esq.\nFor Directors positions\, the Nominating Committee has submitted the following members as nominees:\nDavid R. Berry\, Esq.\nAndrew S. Gerrish\, Esq.\nJames J. O’ Keeffe\, Esq.\nJason G. Moyers\, Esq.\nDevon R. Slovensky\, Esq.\nAt the end of the meeting Victor S. “Dinny” Skaff\, III\, Esq. will become President of the Association.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBylaw Amendments:\n\n\nThe Active members will consider the summary of proposed amendments and the 2026 draft Bylaws of the Association.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMemorial Resolution:\n\n\nThere will be a memorial resolution in honor of Diana M. Perkinson presented by Deborah S. Caldwell-Bono\, Esq.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Board Meeting:\n\n\n10:45 a.m. Executive Committee 11:00 a.m. Board Meeting\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAwards\n\n\nThe 2026 Frank W. “Bo” Rogers\, Jr.\, Lifetime Achievement Award  will be presented to George A. “Al” McLean\, Jr.\, Esq. by the Hon. Samuel G. Wilson. The 2026 Young Lawyer of the Year will be presented to Jamie H. Wood\, Esq. by Justin E. Simmons\, Esq.  The Volunteer Service Awards recipients will be recognized. The Jane Glenn Scholarship and the James N. Kincanon Scholarship Awards will be announced along with awarded Grants.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMeeting Reservations: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Cost:\n\n\n$25.00\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Payment:\n\n\nPayment is expected at the door.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Parking:\n\n\nParking in the Shenandoah Club lot is for club members only. Parking is available at the Franklin Road parking lot adjacent to the Club.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nReservations:\n\n\nPlease register below for the luncheon.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDeadline:\n\n\n\nAll reservations and cancellations must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday\, June 4\, 2026. After the deadline you may send a substitute to avoid a cancellations penalty.
