Logan\, III\, Esq.  Mr. Logan was a partner in the firm of Plunkett and Logan.  Mr. Logan was a past president of the Roanoke Bar Association.  The resolution will be presented by George A. DESCRIPTION:Date/Time:\n\n\nFriday\, April 26\, 2019\, 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.\, at the Higher Education Center\, 108 North Jefferson Street\, Roanoke\, Virginia\, Room 408.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Program:\n\n\nProfessionalism and Civility\n Program Format:  First hour: Kevin Martingayle will speak during the first 50 minutes on professionalism and civility: why it is important\, what it means\, where ethics fits in and general concepts.  Second hour: Judge Michael Urbanski and Judge David Carson will speak on professionalism\, ethics and civility from the perspective of the bench: observations\, cautions\, tips\, how certain behaviors are considered and handled by the court.  Third hour: Panel discussion- moderator Kevin Martingayle poses scenarios to local attorneys with discussion on identifying what is unprofessional or unethical and how to handle it.  Panel members are Lauren Ellerman\, Patice Holland\, Kevin Holt\, and Tom Strelka.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Cost:\n\n\nCost for program – $60.00\n\n\n\n\n\n.\n\n\n CLE Credit:\n\n\nApproved for 3.0 hours of CLE (3.0 ethics)\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Deadline:\n\n\nWednesday\, April 24\, 2019\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration is now closed.
