DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\n\nDate/Time:\n\n\nJune 8\, 2021\nThe Jefferson Center\, Fitzpatrick Hall\nSign in and lunch begins at 12:00 noon; meeting begins at 12:30 p.m. A virtual option will be available.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nProgram:\n\n\n96th Annual Meeting.  The Election of Officers and Directors. For the position of President-Elect\, the Board of Directors has nominated Lori J. Bentley.\nFor Directors positions\, the Nominating Committee has submitted the following members as nominees:\nAllegra M.C. Black\, Esq.\nChristopher S. Dadak\, Esq.\nT. Daniel “Bo” Frith\, IV\, Esq.\nJonathan D. Puvak\, Esq.\nD. Adam McKelvey\, Esq.\nAt the end of the meeting Macel H. Janoschka\, Esq. will become President of the Association.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBylaw Amendments:\n\n\nThe Active members will consider proposed amendments to the Bylaws of the Association.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Board Meeting:\n\n\n10:45 a.m. Executive Committee 11:00 a.m. Board Meeting\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAwards\n\n\nThe 2021 Frank W. “Bo” Rogers\, Jr.\, Lifetime Achievement Award  which will be presented to George I. Vogel\, II\, Esq. by his son\, George I. Vogel\, III\, Esq.\nThe 2021 Young Lawyer of the Year will be presented to Catherine J. Huff\, Esq. by Monica T. Monday\, Esq. Volunteer Service Awards will be presented . The Jane Glenn Scholarship and the James N. Kincanon Scholarship Awards will be announced along with awarded Grants.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMeeting Reservations: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Cost:\n\n\n$20.00\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Payment:\n\n\nMembers will be billed.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Parking:\n\n\nParking in the Jefferson Center lot is free.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Reservation:\n\n\nAll reservations and cancellations must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday\, June 2\, 2021. After the deadline you may send a substitute to avoid a cancellations penalty.
