Sheriff Bell is a state certified General Instructor\, Firearms Instructor\, Intermediate Weapons Instructor\, VCIN Instructor and certified Auditor with the American Correctional Association. He also had oversight on multiple improvement projects at the Roanoke City Jail\, including the successful implementation of a new mental health housing unit to address of the biggest ongoing issues faced by correctional facilities.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Board Meeting:\n\n\n10:45 a.m. Executive Committee 11:00 a.m. Board Meeting\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMemorial Resolution:\n\n\nnone\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMeeting Reservations: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Cost:\n\n\n$20.00; make check payable to Roanoke Bar Association\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Payment:\n\n\nPayment is expected at the door.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Parking:\n\n\nParking in the Shenandoah Club lot is for club members only.
