RBA April 10, 2018 Luncheon
The meeting was called to order by President Kevin W. Holt. Melissa Robinson, Chairman of the Memorials and Resolution Committee introduced Bruce Stockburger who read a memorial resolution honoring Richard C. “Dick” Rakes. President-Elect Lee Osborne introduced the guest speaker, the Honorable G. Steven Agee. RVLSA members Melinda Childress-Dearing and Monica Guilliams insured a smooth check-in.
