RBA – Bench Bar Conference, March 25, 2022
The annual Bench Bar Conference was held on Friday, March 25th at the Roanoke higher Education Center. Jon Puvak, Chairman of the CLE Committee, organized the event. A one hour CLE seminar titled “Ethical Duties Lawyers Owe to the Court” and “New and Hot Topics in Legal Ethics”, was presented by James McCauley, Ethics Counsel for the Virginia State Bar. The State of the Judiciary addresses were presented by judges from the various courts, followed by an open forum discussion.
