RBA Luncheon April 2019
The meeting was called to order by President-elect Patrick Kenney. Mr. Kenney recognized Lori Bentley, Chairman Memorials and Resolutions. Ms. Bentley introduced Al McLean who presented a memorial resolution in honor of Joseph D. Logan, III , Esq. Mr. Kenney introduced the guest speaker, Raphael E. Ferris, Ferris & Eakin, PC. Mr. Ferris spoke on the reduction of attorneys in elected offices. Thank you to the RVLSA for assisting with check-in.
