RBA Luncheon, December 9, 2025
The December 9, 2025, luncheon was held at the Shenandoah Club. The meeting was called to order by president, Jon Puvak. Following the welcome and announcements, Mr. Puvak introduced Memorial Chairman, Devon Munro. Mr. Munro introduced J. Lee E. Osborne who shared a memorial resolution in honor of member, Robert Bersch. Following the resolution, Mr. Puvak turned the floor over to Victor “Dinny” Skaff to introduced the guest speaker, Rachel Spencer. Ms. Spencer is the Executive Vice President & Senior Strategist at AccessU. Thank you to the RVPA for assisting with check-in.
