RBA – Luncheon, February 10, 2026
The February 10, 2026, luncheon was held at the Shenandoah Club. The meeting was called to order by president, Jon Puvak. Following the welcome and announcements, Mr. Puvak introduced Memorial Chairman, Devon Munro. Mr. Munro introduced George “Al” McLean, Jr. who shared a memorial resolution in honor of member, William F. Mason, Jr. Following the resolution, Mr. Puvak turned the floor over to Victor “Dinny” Skaff to introduced the guest speaker, K. Brett Marston, President of the Virginia State Bar. Thank you to the RVPA for assisting with check-in.
