RBA March Luncheon
The meeting was called to order by President Rich Maxwell. John Koehler, Corresponding Secretary of the SRCBA, invited member to participate in the Rule of Law program and attend the upcoming retirement reception for Judge Trompeter. Hon. Leisa Ciaffone presented a memorial resolution in memory of Hon. Joseph M. Clarke, II. Secretary/Treasurer Hugh Wellons introduced the guest speaker Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring. Many thanks to RVLSA members Nancy Stewart and Betty Moorman-Sweat for their assistance with registration.
