| Election of Officers/Directors: | Roanoke Bar Association elections will be held at the annual meeting on June 9, 2015, at the Shenandoah Club, at 12:00 p.m. For the position of President-Elect, the Board of Directors has nominated Hugh B. Wellons. For Director positions, the Nominating Committee has submitted the following members as nominees: Robert E. Dean Powell M. Leitch, III J. Lee E. Osborne Diana M. Perkinson Melissa W. Robinson At the end of the meeting Joseph W. H. Mott, will become President of the Association. |

| Parking: | Parking in the Shenandoah Club lot is for club members only. Parking is available at the Franklin Road parking lot adjacent to the Club. The Shenandoah Club will validate any one hour of parking on any attended lot. | ||||||
