RBA – Luncheon, October 13, 2026
The October 13, 2026 luncheon was held at the Shenandoah Club. The meeting was called to order by president, Dinny Skaff. Following the welcome and announcements, Mr. Skaff recognized Sarah Jessee to introduced the guest speaker, Heywood Fralin, who spoke on the Blue Ridge Innovation Corridor (BRIC) which is Virginia’s newest megaregion, connecting Danville, Martinsville, Roanoke, and the New River Valley. At the conclusion of the luncheon, a Judicial Endorsement meeting was held. The RBA endorsed two candidates for the vacancy, Patrick Kenney and Macel Janoschka. Thank you to the RVPA for assisting with check-in.
