3:10 p.m. – 4:20 p.m. The ALPS Top Ten Malpractice Traps and How to Avoid Them Presented by Phillip V. Anderson, Esq. This program will identify the top ten most common malpractice concerns, discuss how problems can arise, and provide helpful practice tips and advice that can help the attorney stay out of trouble with each area of concern. Participants will learn what some clients know about legal fees that you don’t, what keeps malpractice carrier claims and risk attorneys awake at night, and why the clients who actually sue you aren’t the ones you’re concerned about.
