| Cost: | The 1-hour CLE session is being offered through a special arrangement with the Roanoke Valley Estate Planning Council (RVEPC) and Western Virginia Charitable Gift Planners (WVACGP) at no cost to RBA members, representing 1 hour of the 4 hours of free CLE included in RBA membership. RBA members are invited to stay for the social hour, dinner and program. For those who are not members of the RVEPC, the cost for the social hour and dinner is $35.00. Payment is expected at the door; the RVEPC is not able to invoice RBA members. | |

| Biography: |
Timothy H. Guare, Esq. graduated from the University of Virginia (B.A., Chemistry, with distinction) in 1988 and Harvard Law School (J.D., cum laude) in 1991. Tim was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 1992. Before entering private practice in Richmond, he worked as a law clerk to the Honorable James C. Turk, Chief U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Virginia. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and a member of the Virginia State Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Virginia Bar Association. Mr. Guare is married to a graduate of Salem High School. Registration is now closed. |
