| Program: | 95th Annual Meeting. The Election of Officers and Directors. For the position of President-Elect, the Board of Directors has nominated Macel H. Janoschka. For Directors positions, the Nominating Committee has submitted the following members as nominees: Christen C. Church Amy H. Geddes Talfourd H. Kemper, Jr. Nancy F. Reynolds Seth C. Weston At the end of the meeting Daniel P. Frankl will become President of the Association. |

| Awards to be Presented in the Fall. | Awards Announcement The 2020 Frank W. “Bo” Rogers, Jr., Lifetime Achievement Award and the 2020 Young Lawyer of the Year will be announced. The celebration of this achievement will be held in the fall. Volunteer Service Awards will be also be presented in the fall. |
