RBA Luncheon, September 9, 2025
The first luncheon of the 2025-2026 year was held on September 9, 2025, at the Shenandoah Club. The meeting was called to order by our 101st president, Jon Puvak. Following the welcome and announcements, Mr. Puvak introduced Brett Marston who shared a memorial resolution in honor of past president, Rudy Austin. Following the resolution, Mr. Puvak turned the floor over to Victor “Dinny” Skaff to introduced the guest speaker, Roanoke Mayor Joe Cobb. Thank you to the RVPA for assisting with check-in.
