RBA – Luncheon, April 14, 2026
The April 14, 2026, luncheon was held at the Shenandoah Club. The meeting was called to order by president, Jon Puvak. Following the welcome and announcements, Mr. Puvak turned the floor over to Victor “Dinny” Skaff to introduced the guest speaker, Nicholas C. Conte, Esq., Executive Vice President & Chief Legal Officer for Carilion Clinic. Thank you to the RVPA for assisting with check-in.
