RBA – Luncheon, March 10, 2026
The March 10, 2026, luncheon was held at the Shenandoah Club. The meeting was called to order by president, Jon Puvak. Following the welcome and announcements, Mr. Puvak introduced Memorial Chairman, Devon Munro. Mr. Munro introduced Monica Monday, who shared a memorial resolution in honor of the Honorable L. L. Koontz, Jr. Following the resolution, Mr. Puvak turned the floor over to Victor “Dinny” Skaff to introduced the guest speakers, Ali Hamed-Moore, Donna Littlepage, and Isabel Thornton, who spoke on The Grove on Patterson. Thank you to the RVPA for assisting with check-in.
