| Program: | 100th Annual Meeting. The Election of Officers and Directors. For the position of President-Elect, the Board of Directors has nominated Sarah C. Jessee, Esq. For Directors positions, the Nominating Committee has submitted the following members as nominees: David R. Berry, Esq. Andrew S. Gerrish, Esq. James J. O’ Keeffe, Esq. Jason G. Moyers, Esq. Devon R. Slovensky, Esq. At the end of the meeting Victor S. “Dinny” Skaff, III, Esq. will become President of the Association. |

| Bylaw Amendments: | The Active members will consider the summary of proposed amendments and the 2026 draft Bylaws of the Association. | ||||||
| Memorial Resolution: | There will be a memorial resolution in honor of Diana M. Perkinson presented by Deborah S. Caldwell-Bono, Esq. | ||||||
| Board Meeting: | 10:45 a.m. Executive Committee 11:00 a.m. Board Meeting | ||||||
| Awards | The 2026 Frank W. “Bo” Rogers, Jr., Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to George A. “Al” McLean, Jr., Esq. by the Hon. Samuel G. Wilson. The 2026 Young Lawyer of the Year will be presented to Jamie H. Wood, Esq. by Justin E. Simmons, Esq. The Volunteer Service Awards recipients will be recognized. The Jane Glenn Scholarship and the James N. Kincanon Scholarship Awards will be announced along with awarded Grants. | ||||||
