| Election of Officers/Directors: | Roanoke Bar Association elections will be held at the annual meeting on June 14, 2016, at the Shenandoah Club, at 12:00 p.m. For the position of President-Elect, the Board of Directors has nominated Kevin W. Holt. For Director positions, the Nominating Committee has submitted the following members as nominees: Lori Jones Bentley Daniel P. Frankl Patrick J. Kenney James J. O’Keeffe Justin E. Simmons At the end of the meeting Hugh B. Wellons will become President of the Association. |

| Bylaws Amendments: | The Active members will consider proposed amendments to the Bylaws of the Association. | ||||||
| Memorial Resolution: | A memorial resolution will be presented in memory of The Honorable George W. Harris, Jr., who died on January 23, 2015. | ||||||

| Parking: | Parking in the Shenandoah Club lot is for club members only. Parking is available at the Franklin Road parking lot adjacent to the Club. The Shenandoah Club will validate any one hour of parking on any attended lot. | ||||||
