RBA March 13, 2018 Luncheon
The meeting was called to order by President Kevin W. Holt. John Koehler encouraged the membership to register for the spring sessions of Rule of Law. President-Elect Lee Osborne introduced the guest speaker, Virginia Bar Association President, C. J. Steuart Thomas, III, Esq. RVLSA members Nancy Stewart and Monica Guilliams insured a smooth check-in.
